White Fused Alumina #80 is a high-grade synthetic abrasive produced by fusing high-purity calcined alumina in an electric arc furnace at temperatures above 2000°C. After cooling, the crude material is crushed, magnetically separated to remove iron, and precisely graded into different grit sizes.
